Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Following any work accident, it's important there are steps taken beyond just relying on OSHA. Texas has uniquely complex work fatality laws, and families often need a mountain of evidence and particular legal tools working in their favor to navigate that maze. At the end of the day, families need to be able to tell the victim's side of the story, and they need to know what paths are available to get a proper, fair resolution beyond just whatever penalties OSHA comes up with.
