Mark William Boose Killed in 18-wheeler Accident in Atascosa County, TX
Atascosa County, TX — March 22, 2023, Mark William Boose was killed as the result of an 18-wheeler accident at around 8:49 p.m. along F.M. 140.
Preliminary information provided by officials indicates that the crash happened in the area of F.M. 140 mile marker 516. Authorities said they believe the incident happened as 50-year-old Mark Boose was in a two-door Toyota car traveling eastbound along F.M. 140.

Ahead, it was said that a tractor-trailer was attempting to turn left into a business. For reasons unclear, the 18-wheeler was apparently facing west while the trailer was blocking eastbound lanes. As the trailer reportedly blocked the lane of travel, Boose's vehicle crashed into the trailer.
Boose was killed as a result of the collision with the 18-wheeler. Details from authorities do not list anyone else as being injured. Right now, it remains unconfirmed if there are any charges or citations stemming from the fatal wreck. No further information is available at this time.
