Jose Flores Sanchez Injured in Alleged Drunk Driving Accident on Schaefer Rd. in Converse, TX
Converse, TX — April 13, 2023, Jose Flores Sanchez was injured by an allegedly drunk driver around 10:50 p.m. on Schaefer Rd. in Converse.
Authorities report a westbound Volkswagon was attempting to pass a vehicle when it entered the eastbound traffic lane and collided head-on with the victim's Nissan Titan.
Mr. Sanchez was transported to a hospital with reportedly incapacitating injuries. The allegedly drunk driver was also taken to the hospital with reportedly minor injuries.
Police recommended charging the Volkswagon driver with Inxotication Assault with Serious Bodily Injury.
